The White House Black Market began in 1985 as a small community boutique in Baltimore, Maryland. We call ourselves the "White House" and offer a unique and personalized collection of white and ivory clothing and accessories. For us and our customers, this is a special and very personalized place, and as we grow, we ensure that every new boutique will be equally unique. In 1995, we established a black market based on the original theme, and in 1997, we merged our boutiques into one concept, giving birth to the White House black market. This is our purpose. And our clothing remains our symbol: the honesty and simplicity of black and white, as well as the extraordinary personalities of different styles we construct from it.
