Alibris is an online retail bookstore founded by Martin Manley in 1997, headquartered in Emeryville, California. Alibris's main business includes selling and renting new books, second-hand books, out of print books, albums, and DVDs. It not only sells and rents books, but also recycles old books. In June 2010, Alibris announced its joining of Google eBooks.
