Mango TV is operated by Hunan Happy Sunshine Interactive Entertainment Media Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Happy Sunshine"). The company is the only new media organization of Hunan Broadcasting and Television Station that is fully committed to developing its online video business. Happy Sunshine was founded in May 2006 and has been using Mango TV as a video platform call sign since 2008. After several years of development, it has formed an industrial pattern with "Mango TV" as its brand, including Mango TV (Internet TV, PC, Phone, Pad), operator business, and mobile value-added business, among other full terminal businesses.
