Since 1986, Judy and Russ Sabanek have gone a long way in transforming a quilted catalog into a realistic visual representation. The first directory was sent out in the spring of 1987, and upon encountering such great enthusiasm, customers began to visit Russ and Judy's small office, hoping to see the fabric displayed by the people. Therefore, in 1988, retail stores quickly became a holy land, with stitchers from all over the world, born in Central Harbor, New Hampshire.
